According to reports, there is a lot of competition in the job sector in Uttarakhand.
Unemployment is increasing in Uttarakhand to such an extent that candidates with higher educational qualifications like BEd, BSc and BA are applying for recruitment with tenth eligibility jobs. According to reports, recruitment has been announced for 186 posts of nature guide in Jim Corbett National Park located in Ramnagar, Uttarakhand. But the number of applications for this recruitment has crossed 3600. Due to unemployment in the state, candidates with higher education now want to become nature guides somehow, for which the candidates are working very hard. At the same time, this recruitment also exposes the government, which talks about employment in Uttarakhand. For selection, candidates will have to pass several stages of examination.
There are 150 nature guide posts to be recruited in the Terai Western area of the Corbett Forest Division in Ramnagar, for which 3000 candidates have applied. Whereas, 36 nature guide posts are to be filled in the Ramnagar Forest Division. 600 candidates have applied for this, in which most of the candidates have higher education. In this way, the eligibility is less, but the candidates need the job so much that, despite being highly educated, they are filling out the forms for these jobs.
Nature guides are being recruited to take tourists around the forest in jeeps in various zones of Corbett National Park. Many candidates, who have received higher education in different fields have applied for this. Such a large number of candidates applying for this post makes it clear that due to unemployment, the youth are now trying hard to become nature guides.
In this recruitment also, one will have to be better than other candidates in terms of qualification and other standards. The competition is tough. Ramnagar Forest Division is talking about selection through written examination, and Terai Western Forest Division is talking about selection on the basis of high school marks, a guide’s certificate, or an oral interview.
Earlier, the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) offered an excellent job opportunity for eligible youth. The council recruited for the posts of Professor, Assistant Professor, and Associate Professor. Candidates who want to apply for these posts can apply by visiting the NCERT website: https://ncert.nic.in/.
