The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission or UPPSC has started the application process for PCS Mains Exam 2024. Candidates successful in the prelims exam can apply for the mains exam. A total of 947 eligible candidates will be recruited through the UP PCS exam. To apply, candidates can visit the official website at uppsc.up.in. A total of 15066 candidates were successful in the UPPSC PCS Pre Exam. Now all these candidates can apply in the online mode on the website till March 24, 2025.
Candidates can also print the online filled application form and submit it by post or in person at the commission’s office by 5:00 pm on April 1. Candidates will have to submit self-attested copies of the mark sheet of each year, degrees, and certificates related to all other claims along with the print of the UPPSC PCS Mains exam form.
The preliminary examination was held on December 22, 2024. As many as 5,76,154 candidates registered for the PCS Prelims Exam 2024. Out of these, only 2,41,359 candidates appeared in it. UP Public Service Commission released the official result of the preliminary examination of PCS 2024 on February 28.
As per the schedule, the UP PCS 2024 Mains exam will be held from June 29, 2025. Through the exam, eligible candidates will be given jobs in many government departments in the state. Under this, appointments will be made in many departments including SDM, DSP, and Sub Registrar Transport. Those who pass the UP PCS Mains exam will have to appear in the interview.
UPPSC PCS Mains Registration Process
You can register for UP PCS Mains 2024 exam through the steps given below-
Step 1- For registration, visit the official website uppsc.up.nic.in.
Step 2- Click on the link of News Updates on the website.
Step 3- On the next page, go to the option of UP PCS Mains Exam Registration.
Step 4- Register by filling in all the details asked there.
Step 5- After registration, take a printout of the form for further use.
