The Physical Efficiency Test (PET) of UP Police Constable Recruitment will start tomorrow, February 10, 2025. The UP Police Recruitment and Promotion Board has changed the rules for the candidates appearing in the physical efficiency test. The commission has said that candidates will not be able to wear wristwatches during the physical test. However, a digital watch will be installed, in which the candidates will be able to see the time.
“The use of wrist watch was requested by some candidates during the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) to be conducted by the Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board for eligible candidates under Direct Recruitment-2023 for the posts of Constable Civil Police. After due consideration of the said request by the Board, it has been decided that in view of the purity of the test, the candidates will not use any type of wrist watch during PET. However, for the convenience of the candidates, the Board is arranging digital watches at the PET venue,” the recruitment board posted on microblogging site X.

Candidates who have cleared the Physical Standard Test (PST) and Document Verification of UP Police Constable Recruitment 2023 have been called for the PET. In this, male candidates will have to complete a 4.8 km run in 25 minutes. Whereas female candidates will have to complete a 2.4 km run in 14 minutes.
UP Police PET Phase 2 Admit Cards Tomorrow
Admit cards for the physical efficiency test have been issued for those candidates whose DV and PST were completed by January 24. Admit cards have not been issued for those whose document verification process is still going on. In the second phase of PET, admit cards of those candidates whose DV and PST were completed after January 24 will be available for download from tomorrow.
UP Police Constable PET Admit Card 2024: How to Download?
Step 1: Log in to the official website of the board at uppbpb.gov.in.
Step 2: Open the link available to download the Constable PET admit card on the homepage.
Step 3: Next, open the candidate login tab.
Step 4: Key in your login details, such as your registration number and date of birth.
Step 5: Hit submit it, and the UP Police Constable admit card will be displayed on the screen.
Step 6: Check all the information carefully and download the same for examination day.
