The apprenticeship will last one year, during which selected candidates will receive on-the-job training in banking operations, products, and processes. A monthly stipend of ₹15,000 will be provided, but no additional allowances or benefits will be granted. Upon completion, apprentices must clear an assessment test, and those who qualify will receive a certification as per the guidelines.
