Toyota Hyryder waiting periods in July 2024
For those who book their Hyryder in July, the wait for delivery could range anywhere from one to three months. The waiting period is down from two months to one month for the hybrid variants, while it has reduced from five months to two months on the non-hybrid petrol (Neo Drive) variants. The CNG variants have a waiting period of three months – down from four months.
Just a few months back, the waiting periods were as high as eight to nine months for the Hyryder mild-hybrid and 12–13 months for Hyryder CNG.
Toyota Hyryder: powertrains, price
The Hyryder’s 1.5-litre, four-cylinder mild-hybrid engine puts out 103hp and 137Nm of torque and is mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox and an optional 6-speed torque converter automatic. This engine is available in either a front-wheel drive or an all-wheel drive configuration. It also gets a CNG option with the 5-speed MT. Meanwhile the 1.5-litre hybrid powertrain makes 116hp and gets an e-CVT gearbox as standard.
The Hyryder is currently priced from Rs 11.14 lakh to Rs 20.19 lakh (ex-showroom). The strong hybrid variants of the SUV are now entitled to a road tax waiver in Uttar Pradesh. This has resulted in a price reduction of up to Rs 2.04 lakh for the Hyrcross hybrid in the state.
