The Office of the Director of Government Examinations (DGE), Telangana has issued the first-year Diploma in Elementary Education (DElEd) exam schedule for 2024. The first-year exams for the DElEd 2023-25 batch and those who failed in previous batches will be conducted between December 18 to 24, 2024. Candidates must note that all exams will be held from 9 am to noon every day.
Telangana DElEd Exam Schedule
December 18 — Paper 1: Childhood, Child Development, and Learning
December 19 — Paper 2: Society, Education, and Curriculum
December 20 — Paper 3: Early Childhood Care and Education
December 21 — Paper 4: Understanding Language and Language Development at Primary Level (Telegu/Urdu)
December 23 — Paper 5: Understanding Mathematics and Early Mathematics Education at Primary Level
December 24 — Paper 6: Pedagogy Across Curriculum and ICT Integration
Those who clear the DElEd exam will be eligible for a two-year diploma teaching course. Those who wish to teach students between the ages of 6 to 15 years are required to apply for the course.
