SSC CGL Result 2024 Out for Tier 1: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has announced the results of the CGL Tier 1 examination on December 5, 2024. The list of qualified candidates, including their names and roll numbers, is now available in PDF format on the official SSC website at www.ssc.gov.in.
These candidates are eligible to appear for the Tier 2 exam. The SSC CGL Tier 1 exam, held between September 9 and September 26, 2024, saw thousands of aspirants eagerly awaiting the results, which have now been published. This year, a total of 186,509 candidates have been shortlisted for the Tier 2 exam, which is scheduled to take place on January 18, 19, and 20, 2025.

How to Check the SSC CGL Tier 1 Result 2024?

Step 1: Go to the SSC website at www.ssc.gov.in.
Step 2: On the homepage, click on the “Result” tab located on the left-hand side.
Step 3: Look for the notification titled “Combined Graduate Level Examination (Tier-I), 2024 – List of candidates qualified for appearing in Tier-II.”
Step 4: Click on the “Write-up” link to view information about the category-wise cutoff, the number of qualified candidates, and details about the release of scorecards.
Step 5: Click on the “Result” link to download the PDF containing the list of shortlisted candidates.
Step 6: Open the PDF and use the “Ctrl+F” shortcut to locate your roll number or name. If you find it, congratulations-you’ve qualified for the SSC CGL Tier 2 exam!

What’s Next After the SSC CGL Tier 1 Results?

Candidates who have cleared the SSC CGL Tier 1 exam will proceed to the Tier 2 stage, scheduled for January 2025. Shortlisted individuals will receive new admit cards for the Tier 2 examination.
