Raymond Lifestyle Ltd appoints Gautam Hari Singhania as executive chairman (#1684078)

Raymond Lifestyle Limited, fashion and lifestyle arm of the Raymond Group has appointed Gautam Hari Singhania as its executive chairman.

Singhania along with the company’s managing director Sunil Kataria will provide the leadership to drive the company’s growth, global expansion and innovation.

Commenting on the appointment, a spokesperson for Raymond Lifestyle Ltd in a statement said, “The shareholders of Raymond Lifestyle Limited have demonstrated full confidence by appointing Gautam Hari Singhania as the chairman and Sunil Kataria as the managing director.”

Founded in 1925, Raymond Group spun off its lifestyle division earlier this year to simplify its group structure and attract investments to fuel its growth plans.
