Ospree expands duty free store in Mangaluru International Airport

Ospree Duty Free has launched a revamped an expanded arrival store at Mangaluru International Airport in Karnataka. The duty free retail business has expanded the store from 35 square metres to 245 square metres.

“On September 12, we launched the newly revamped Ospree DutyFree store at the international arrival area,” announced Mangaluru Airport on Facebook. “With spacious sections dedicated to spirits, confectioneries, perfumes, sunglasses, watches, and electronics, there’s plenty to explore. The grand opening was a lively affair, featuring spot games, prizes, and a special pooja to mark the occasion.”
 
Travellers can now pre-book products at the duty-free store ahead of their visit to ensure that they can purchase their desired goods. Bookings can be made online via Adani One, which also offers additional discounts on purchases. The revamped store houses a wide range of international fragrance brands as well as accessories and beauty goods among other products.
 
“The newly reimagined Mangaluru store reflects our commitment to enhancing the shopping experience at regional airports,” said Ospree Duty Free’s CEO Avishek Bambi Das, Indian Retailer Bureau reported. “By offering a broader selection of premium products, we not only aim to meet the growing demands of our customers but also strengthen our presence in key regional markets.”
 
Mangaluru Airport is the second busiest airport in the state of Karnataka and sees heavy levels of daily footfall. Ospree aims to provide travellers with an enhanced shopping experience with its newly upgraded store.
