Medical Training and Reporting Requirements
Candidates allotted NBEMS seats must report to their designated institutes for medical training after completing the joining formalities. A medical examination conducted by the Medical Board is mandatory. Only candidates who pass this examination will be allowed to join the course.
Fee Payment and Submission Guidelines
Candidates must pay the first-year annual course fee after completing joining formalities on the NBEMS Online Portal for Joining and Registration (OPJR). The payment must be made online through the portal within the reporting window, as specified in the counseling schedule.
Refund Policy for Course Fees
Candidates who opt for seat upgradation in subsequent rounds are eligible for a refund of the annual course fee if their original seat is carried forward. However, if a candidate fails to join or resigns from the seat, and the seat is not reallocated in future rounds, the fee will be forfeited. Refunds will be processed within six months of the conclusion of all counseling rounds.
Joining Process and Documentation
Candidates must report to their institutes with the required original documents for verification. After verification, they will be allowed to join the course.
