Navodaya Result 2024: JNVST class 6, 9 selection list out soon; qualifying score, steps to check

The Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS) is expected to release the result for Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Selection Test (JNVST) 2024 for classes 6 and 9, soon.
The entrance tests which were held in two phases was conducted for class 6 on November 4, 2023 (Phase I) and January 20, 2024 (Phase II). Similarly, for class 9, the exam was held on February 10, 2024 and on March 17, 2024.The result and selection list for both the subjects is expected to be out soon.
Navodaya JNVST result 2024
Students need to pass the selection test to be considered for the Navodaya Merit List 2024. The Navodaya Result 2024 will be officially announced on navodaya.gov.in or www.cbseitms.nic.in for students who took the Navodaya admission test.
After the results are out, the Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti will publish the region-wise selection list on the same portal for class 6 and 9. Candidates/selected students are required to submit the necessary documents at Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, as will be intimated in due course.
How to check JNVST 2024 result?
Step 1: Go to the official website of the Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti, which is www.navodaya.gov.in or www.cbseitms.nic.in.
Step 2: On the Home Page, click on the “JNV Result 2024” link.
Step 3: Enter the student’s roll number and date of birth.
Step 4: Click on the “Submit” button.
Step 5: The Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya result 2024 will appear on the screen. Download the result, and keep a copy for future reference.
Expected cut-off for JNVST 2024
Although there is no official notice on the release of qualifying marks or category-wise cut-off, however based on media reports and past trends, expected requirements is as follows:

  • General (UR): 73%
  • Other Backward Castes (OBC): 69%
  • Schedule Caste (SC): 63%
  • Scheduled Tribe (ST): 58%
