Taking a trip down memory lane, wasn’t Ice popsicles our childhood favourite? I remember begging mom for pocket money everyday to buy these from the roadside vendor outside the school, those days were the best. Our childhood first ever popsicle would be that semiya ( vermicelli ) popsicle. Isn’t it ? In that semiya ( vermicelli ) popsicle, cooked vermicelli is added to the fruit or milk popsicle mixture, layered and freezed. Over the period of time, I have learnt to make them at home and it has become our house favorite.
