Le Cordon Bleu International and GD Goenka University reveal plans to amplify their presence in India, aiming to triple student capacity and bolster hospitality education with cutting-edge facilities and programmes
Le Cordon Bleu, a French culinary arts and hospitality management institution, is expanding its brand presence in India through the LCB Campus at GD Goenka University. The campus aims to triple student capacity to meet the growing demand for quality hospitality and culinary arts education. The campus will feature 50,000 sq ft of technical training areas, housed within GD Goenka Education City, spread over 60 acres in Gurugram.
The LCB India campus will expand to accommodate 500 more learners with a Culinary Theatre, Training Kitchens, pastry kitchens, bakery and chocolate artistry room. As a Centre of Excellence with a global curriculum mapped with Le Cordon Bleu, it offers exchange programmes, global pathway opportunities, internships and placements. Students will have access to LCB articulation pathways for career advancement.
The partnership will promote faculty exchange and Management Development Programmes, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development, while Indian students will benefit from visiting international faculty.
Furthermore, LCB India students will have the opportunity to intern with LCB’s partners in Europe and other areas, gaining invaluable hands-on experience and exposure to international culinary practices.
