Kia Carnival Hi Limousine at Auto Expo 2025
The Carnival Hi Limousine on display has been specially created by Kia India for the event. While the Hi Limousine package on the Carnival has been available globally for a few years, the latest generation of the MPV is yet to get one. This means India is the first market where it has been showcased in “concept” form.
The most evident addition to the Carnival Hi Limousine is the extended roof, which is not seen in the standard iteration. The added height gives more room for the second- and third-row passengers while allowing the MPV to pack in more features, such as ambient mood lighting with a starlight theme on the roof and a large 25.7-inch Android TV, among others. Additionally, it has more woodgrain bits on the inside, a wood-patterned floor, and a special suede-like material for the headliner, sun visors and pillars. The seats get neck cushions; on the outside, this MPV concept gets side steps and a unique black pearl exterior paint finish.

There are no mechanical changes, which means the Carnival Hi Limousine continues with the same 2.2-litre diesel engine and six-speed automatic as the standard MPV. If Kia decides to launch it in India, it will compete with the MG M9 electric MPV and the more expensive Toyota Vellfire.
