KCET 2025 final answer key released, students awarded grace marks: Check key details here

The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has officially released the KCET (Karnataka Common Entrance Test) 2025 final answer key for physics, chemistry, mathematics, and biology. Candidates who appeared for the entrance test can now download the revised KCET 2025 answer key through the official website, cetonline.karnataka.gov.in.
The KCET 2025 exam was held on April 16 and 17, 2025, across multiple centres for admission into engineering, pharmacy, agriculture, and veterinary programmes in Karnataka. The provisional answer key was made available on April 18, and candidates were allowed to raise objections till April 22, 5 PM. After evaluating the challenges, the KEA has revised certain answers and also awarded grace marks for specific questions.

KCET 2025 final answer key: Set-wise revisions

The KEA clarified that several answers in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology have been revised based on candidates’ objections, while no changes were made for Mathematics.
Revised Physics Questions (April 18 Exam)
Grace marks have been awarded for questions linked to multiple sets:

  • A1-1, B1-13, C1-29, D1-45
  • A2-5, B2-17, C2-33, D2-49
  • A3-7, B3-21, C3-37, D3-53
  • A4-9, B4-25, C4-41, D4-57

Revised Chemistry Questions (April 18 Exam)
Some questions now have two possible correct options:

  • A1-14, B1-26, C1-42, D1-58
  • A2-18, B2-30, C2-46, D2-2
  • A3-20, B3-34, C3-50, D3-6
  • A4-22, B4-38, C4-54, D4-10

Revised Biology Questions (April 18 Exam)
Changes applied for multiple sets:

  • A1-12, B1-24, C1-40, D1-56
  • A2-16, B2-28, C2-44, D2-60
  • A3-18, B3-32, C3-48, D3-4
  • A4-20, B4-36, C4-52, D4-8

“There will be no further changes in the answer keys of the remaining objectionable questions,” KEA stated in the official notice.

KCET 2025: What’s next?

The results for the Kannada language test have already been declared, while the results for the PCM and Biology papers are expected to be announced shortly. Candidates can check their results on the official websites: cetonline.karnataka.gov.in and karresults.nic.in. Following the announcement of results, the Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) will initiate the counselling and admission process for qualified candidates.
