Italy’s seasonally-adjusted exports up 1.3% MoM, down 2.2% YoY in Sept

Italy’s seasonally-adjusted exports and imports increased by 1.3 per cent and 1.2 per cent month on month (MoM) respectively in September this year, according to official statistics.

The country’s exports to EU countries rose by 2.4 per cent MoM and to non-EU countries rose by 0.2 per cent MoM in the month. Imports from EU nations increased by 3 per cent MoM and from non-EU countries declined by 1.3 per cent MoM.

Italy’s seasonally-adjusted exports and imports rose by 1.3 per cent and 1.2 per cent month on month (MoM) respectively in September.
Such exports decreased by 0.6 per cent quarter on quarter (QoQ) and such imports rose by 0.8 per cent QoQ in Q3 2024.
In September, exports fell by 2.2 per cent YoY and imports too dropped by 3.2 per cent YoY.

Seasonally-adjusted exports decreased by 0.6 per cent quarter on quarter (QoQ) and such imports increased by 0.8 per cent QoQ in the third quarter (Q3) this year.

In September, exports fell by 2.2 per cent year on year (YoY) and imports too dropped by 3.2 per cent YoY. Export declined for both EU countries (minus 3 per cent) and non-EU countries (minus 1.4 per cent) YoY in the month. Imports increased by 1.1 per cent YoY for the EU area and dropped by 8.8 per cent YoY for the extra-EU area.
