The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee has released the admit cards for the upcoming Joint Admission test for Masters (JAM) 2025 today, January 6, 2025. The admit card is available for download from the official website at joaps.iitd.ac.in.
IIT JAM 2025 exam will be held on February 2, 2025, in two sessions. Exams for Chemistry (CY) Geology (GG) and Mathematics (MA) papers will be held in the first forenoon session. Exams for Biotechnology (BT), Economics (EN), Mathematical Statistics (MS), and Physics (PH) will be held in the afternoon session.

Step 1: Visit the official website of IIT JAM- jam2025.iitd.ac.in.
Step 2: On the homepage, click on the IIT JAM 2025 admit card link
Step 3: Enter the required details such as enrollment ID and password
Step 4: The IIT JAM 2025 admit card will appear on the screen
Step 5: Download and take a printout for future reference

To be sure that there are no errors, candidates are advised to re-check their photograph, signature, paper code, name, and registration number on the admit card. If a candidate notices any discrepancy, they will have to report it to the authorities as soon as possible.
IIT JAM Admit Card 2025: Exam Pattern
JAM 2025 will be conducted as an online computer-based test at various assigned exam centres across the country. The test will have objective-type questions asked in three different patterns that include Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs), Multiple Select Questions (MSQs), and Numerical Answer Type (NAT) questions. There will be a negative marking of one-third marks for every wrong question attempted in section A featuring MCQs. However, for other sections, there’s no provision for negative marking.
