IIM Lucknow Placements 2025: The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Lucknow has successfully completed the final placements for the 39th batch of its Post Graduate Programme (PGP) and the 20th batch of the Post Graduate Programme in Agribusiness Management (PGP-ABM). This year, more than 600 job offers were made to 570 students. They secured roles in various fields like Consulting, Finance, General Management, Product Management, Sales & Marketing, Operations, Retail, and E-Commerce, with top companies from around the world taking part.
The highest domestic salary offered was Rs 75 lakh per annum (LPA), while the highest international package reached Rs 65 LPA. The average salary stood at Rs 32.3 LPA, reflecting the strong talent and training at the institute.
Speaking about this year’s placements, Prof. Priyanka Sharma, Chairperson of Student Affairs and Placements at IIM Lucknow, said, “The recent final placement drive stands as a testament to the robustness of our unique curriculum. By offering a blend of theoretical and practical experiences, we ensure that our students not only meet but exceed industry expectations. With the economy on the mend, we foresee even greater success stories in the near future.”
This year’s placement drive was held in a hybrid format and saw participation from over 180 recruiters from India and abroad. Some of the top recruiters included Accenture, Adani Group, Aditya Birla Group, Adobe, Amazon, American Express, Bain & Company, Boston Consulting Group, Deloitte, EY Parthenon, Godrej, Goldman Sachs, JPMC, Kearney, Landmark Group, Lincoln International, Lodha Group, McKinsey & Company, Microsoft, Navi, OLA, Procter & Gamble, PwC, Target, Tata Administrative Services, and Zomato.

Several companies joined the placement process for the first time this year. These included Ather Energy, BPCL, CRISIL, DBS Bank, GMR Group, HPCL, Javis, Jefferies, Lava, Marsh McLennan, Maruti Suzuki, Mankind Pharma, Mindsprint, NAFED, PhonePe, Purplle, TESCO, TVS Supply Chain Solutions, UKG, Vector Consulting Group, and Walmart, offering both domestic and international roles.
The batch consisted of a diverse mix of fresh graduates and experienced professionals from backgrounds like Finance, IT, Consulting, and Sales & Marketing. Many students were alumni of top institutions such as the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs), National Institutes of Technology (NITs), Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), and Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC). This diverse talent helped the batch secure top roles with leading companies globally.
