The Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode (IIMK), in collaboration with Emeritus, has introduced a comprehensive new online management program tailored for working professionals, particularly those in mid-to-senior roles looking to strengthen their leadership skills. This course, set to begin on December 30, is designed to provide practical insights into various business domains, covering essential subjects such as finance, operations, marketing, human resources, and strategic leadership. Candidates interested must apply by November 13 by registering on the official website iimkozhikode.emeritus.org.

In addition to the video content, participants will receive guidance from industry experts, enriching the learning experience with real-world insights. A unique feature of the program is the on-campus immersion at IIM Kozhikode, where participants will have the chance to network and engage in the institute’s stimulating learning environment.
The course curriculum has been crafted to address the needs of today’s digital age, incorporating advanced topics like AI-driven decision-making, emerging digital technologies, and digital-age leadership. Participants will also explore cutting-edge subjects such as Generative AI, Industry 4.0, and Cybersecurity, which are critical for those aspiring to lead during times of technological transformation.
Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates must hold at least a bachelor’s degree or a three-year diploma in any discipline. Those who complete the course with a minimum grade of 70 per cent will earn a certificate from IIM Kozhikode, signifying their expertise.
Fee structure:
The total fee for this management program is Rs 2.10 lakh plus GST.
