The application window for 2,424 Assistant Professor vacancies in Haryana is set to reopen. The Haryana Public Service Commission (HPSC) will open the application window for the Assistant Professor recruitment from November 6 to November 12, giving candidates who cleared the UGC NET June 2024 session a chance to apply. The UGC NET result was declared on October 17. Candidates who passed the UGC NET June 2024 session had requested HPSC to reopen the application process. Age Limit:
According to the commission’s notice, educational qualifications will be considered as of November 12, 2024, and age will be calculated from July 15, 2024. The age limit for this recruitment is 21 to 42 years, with age relaxation available for reserved category candidates as per the rules.
Candidates who didn’t upload a signed printout of their application form earlier can cancel the previous application and submit a new one. Additionally, those who entered incorrect details in their previous applications, such as category or qualifications, may also apply again after cancelling their previous application.
Educational Qualifications:
Candidates must have a Master’s degree with at least 55% marks in the relevant subject they wish to become an Assistant Professor in. Additionally, they must have studied Hindi/Sanskrit up to matriculation level. Besides this, passing UGC NET, CSIR NET, or holding a PhD degree is mandatory.

• For General Category candidates: Rs 1,000
• For General Category women candidates, SC, BCA, BCB, and EWS candidates: Rs 250
• For Haryana’s differently-abled candidates, the application is free.
