On July 7, business to customer fashion, accessories, and jewellery exhibition Hi Life launched its latest edition in New Delhi at the Ashok Hotel in Chanakyapuri. The event is designed to showcase desi designers’ latest collections to the capital’s premium shoppers.
“Hi Life Delhi is rocking the city, check out the spectacular collections,” announced the event organisers on Facebook as the fair opened its doors to the public on Friday morning. “Curated from over 200 designers, you are sure to find something that you will fall in love with.”
The fashion fair runs until July 9 and features product categories including occasion wear, ethnic wear, traditional wear, fashion jewellery, handbags, footwear, home décor, and gift items among others. Participating brands include Kolkata-based occasion wear brand Anuvav, fusion wear brand Etch, Mumbai-based ethnic wear brand Sapna’s Design Studio, and occasion wear label Nona Sarna among others.
The event is designed to give brands from across the country a platform from which to connect with shoppers in the Delhi NCR where they may not yet have a strong brick-and-mortar retail presence. Hi Life is also designed to enable shoppers to discover new labels and satisfy their occasion wear and gifting needs for the upcoming festive season.
Hi Life holds shopping fairs across India and its main target group is millennial women. The event’s most recent edition took place in Durban, South Africa from June 30 to July 2 and brought a range of Indian brands to Africa.
