Home textiles and furnishings trade show HGH India welcomed 20,132 visitors from across the country at its first ever event in Bengaluru. A total of 225 manufacturing businesses and brands showcased their latest launches to the audience of trade visitors.
“The 16th [overall] edition of HGH India has been a landmark moment as this very first edition of HGH India in Bengaluru begins a new chapter in further strengthening the business relationship in home sector between South and rest of the country,” said HGH India’s managing director Arun Roongta in a press release. “The overwhelming response from exhibitors and visitors reaffirms HGH India’s role as a catalyst for innovation, collaboration, and growth in the home products sector.”
The trade show took place at the Bangalore International Exhibition Centre and received support from numerous government organisations. DC Handloom sponsored five handloom weavers to participate in the show and the Textile Ministry sponsored National Jute Board also participated in the event.
“Bengaluru has proven to be a dynamic host, and we are excited to continue expanding our reach and fostering connections across diverse markets,” said Roongta. “This edition has set a strong foundation for the future, and we look forward to building on this success in the upcoming editions.”
HGH India also announced that its 17th edition will take place from July 1 to 4, 2025 in Mumbai. Preparations for the next edition are already underway and the trade show concluded its Bengaluru edition by inviting businesses to join it again next year.
