Nagpur: Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH), Nagpur, is all set to celebrate its 75th anniversary this December. The anticipation surrounding the event is growing, with alumni and current students joining hands to make the celebration a memorable one.
Deputy chief minister Devendra Fadnavis has accepted the role of reception committee chief for the event.
Scheduled to be held from December 22 to 24, the GMCH diamond jubilee celebrations promise to be an international event.
Dean Dr Raj Gajbhiye said: “GMCH Diamond Jubilee is going to be an academic feast with globally renowned speakers enlightening us on relevant subjects.” The event will feature insightful discussions and academic deliberations.
A dedicated committee of present professors and esteemed alumni has been constituted to plan and organize various programmes.
