D’Décor Home Fabrics Private Limited’s home fabrics brand Sansaar plans to expand into global markets including the US and Europe for growth. The Mumbai based business is also confident that it will become a Rs 500 crore brand in the coming five years.

“At D’Décor, our vision over the next five years is to fortify our leadership in innovation and expand aggressively into international markets, including the USA, Europe, and the Middle East,” said D’Décor and Sansaar’s co-founder Sanjana Arora, India Retailing reported. D’Décor launched Sansaar in April 2024 and is keen to bring the label to international audiences by leveraging its export network which spans more than 65 countries.

“We are confident that Sansaar will become a Rs 500 crore brand within the next five years,” said Arora and her sister, brand co-founder Sarah Arora. “Our plans include strategic market expansion through standalone stores, franchise networks, and key partnerships. By diversifying our product offerings- starting with curtains and upholstery and soon expanding into bedding-we are creating a comprehensive portfolio that caters to the evolving tastes of modern homeowners.”

Sansaar is expanding in India with an omni-channel approach which includes a mobile shopping app, designed to make the retail experience more user friendly. By using AI to personalise the customer experience, the brand aims to increase both engagement and brand loyalty. 

D’Décor runs a manufacturing unit close to Mumbai and uses automated weaving machines to produce its textiles. The business counts over 10,000 patented designs and aims to stay abreast of global design trends.
