Dilip Chhabria’s automotive design house, DC Design – notable for modifying all manner of vehicles and introducing India’s first home-grown sports car, the DC Avanti – has announced its participation at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025. Along with claimed “visionary concepts, cutting-edge technologies, and a reimagined future of mobility”, the teaser sent out by DC2 Mercury states a modified Humvee will be showcased.

The teaser image doesn’t show all that much, but what is clearly visible is that DC Design’s version sports an all-new body that seems to be far more aerodynamically efficient than the standard model’s upright styling. New creases on the body and on the bonnet, and an overall swoopier design are hinted at. However, the brand has yet to reveal any other details. It is likely to be mechanically the same as the standard Humvee, and come with the same 6.5-litre V8 diesel engine, automatic transmission and 4×4 gear.
