CTET Answer Key 2024 Date: Once out, candidates will be able to download it from the official website at ctet.nic.in using their roll number and date of birth.
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is expected to release the provisional answer key of the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) December 2024 soon. As per media reports, the provisional answer key will be out by January 2, 2025. Once out, candidates will be able to download it from the official website at ctet.nic.in using their roll number and date of birth. Using the CTET answer key and OMR sheet, candidates can estimate their probable score.
CBSE will invite objections against the answer key from the candidates, once it is released. A fee of Rs 1000 will be charged for each challenge. A team of experts will examine these objections. If any error is found in the answer key, necessary corrections will be made and the respective fee will be refunded. Based on the objections raised, the board will release the final answer key and declare the result in due course of time.
CTET Answer Key 2024: How To Download?
Step 1 — Visit the official website of CTET, ctet.nic.in.
Step 2 — Click on the link “Provisional Answer Key” given on the home page.
Step 3 — Log in using your roll number and date of birth.
Step 4 — Download the answer key and check it carefully.
The CTET December 2024 exam was conducted on December 14. Paper II was held in the morning shift from 9.30 am to 12 noon and Paper I was held in the evening shift from 2.30 pm to 5 pm. The exam was conducted in 20 languages. There are two papers in CTET – paper 1 is for classes 1 to 5 and paper 2 is for classes 6 to 8. Both the papers for the CTET 2024 exam are for two and a half hours each. Each paper consists of 150 marks.
General category candidates are required to attain 60 per cent marks in the exam while Reserved category candidates are required to score 55 per cent marks to pass the exam.
