I have quite a few cookies recipes on my blog. This is a latest addition. My little sister loved it so much, specially she liked the pure white colour of this cookies.

I used  white butter in this recipe, but you could use yellow butter too. I think the colour may vary a little.

Although I’ve posted a number of cookie recipes on my blog, I hadn’t made any in a long time. I finally made the decision to try making butter cookies after my audience repeatedly requested them. The cookies were perfectly crisp on the edges and very soft and buttery. My little sister, who is generally more picky, liked these—especially their perfect white color, which made them look as good as they tasted.
