In the recent episode of Weekend Ka Vaar episode of Bigg Boss OTT 2, during a brief interaction with Salman Khan, Cyrus Broacha constantly expressed his desire to leave the house. Despite Broacha’s friend Kunal Vijaykar coming to the house to boost the morale of the MTV Bakra host, the latter continued to request the host to leave the house. And now, after Cyrus opened up about the topic of mental health, a psychiatrist named Dr. Jalpa Bhuta opened up about the impact of being in a Bigg Boss house.

For the unversed, in a recent episode, Cyrus Broacha had said that he cannot deal with the pressure of being inside house and urged Bigg Boss as well as host Salman Khan to allow him to take an exit from the ongoing reality show. Salman and Bigg Boss told him that he does not have that option until the time that audience votes him out of the show
Cyrus and Salman start the conversation on a light note when Salman slept on the stage as a way of enacting of the MTV star. But soon the mood shifted as Cyrus kept begging to go out of the house mentioning that he is losing weight and is not feeling well within. He also added that his body is giving up and mentally taking up a toll. Despite his friend Kunal Vijaykar’s attempts to motivate Cyrus, he seemed stubborn about his decision of leaving the house.
Now talking about how incredibly challenging an experience like being confined in Bigg Boss house can be, both physically and mentally, Dr Jalpa Bhuta, a psychiatric expert said, “The lack of privacy and personal space can be extremely challenging. Your every move and conversation are being observed, and you have to be conscious of your actions at all times. The pressure to entertain and stay relevant in order to gain public support can be overwhelming. But it also helps you to make more confident and stronger in life. You become fearless”.
“While the experience can be rewarding in terms of gaining recognition and exposure, it’s crucial to acknowledge the toll it can take on mental well-being. It’s important for contestants and viewers alike to prioritize mental health and support individuals who have gone through this unique and demanding experience,” Bhuta added.
Cyrus Broacha became popular as the host of MTV Bakra, a popular reality show about pranking strangers that aired on the renowned music channel MTV.
