Men’s and women’s bag and accessories brand Baggit has opened its 100th brick-and-mortar store in India. Located in Andhra Pradesh, the outlet launched with an array of smart and casual accessories with a glass façade and bright interior.
“Can you guess what milestone Baggit has reached? 100th store Opened in India,” announced Baggit India Private Limited’s business development manager Nishant Radhakrishnan on Linkedin. “Thank you for being a part of our journey. Come visit us and experience Baggit like never before. It’s just the beginning.”
The store is situated on the second floor of PVP Square Mall in Vijayawada, the mall announced on Facebook. The store launched with an inauguration ceremony and colourful balloon display.
The store retails a range of handbags designed for everyday to evening use. Office ready bags also feature in the store as well as duffle bags, satchels, clutch bags, and travel bags. Baggit’s accessories line includes a range of wallets and luggage also features in the new outlet.
Baggit retails handbags and accessories for men and women and also has a luggage line, according to its website. The brand retails from its direct to customer e-commerce store as well as its brick-and-mortar outlets and has a presence in a number of multi-brand stores in Nepal.
Baggit bags are 100% vegan, made in India, and have a one year warranty. Nina Lekhi launched Baggit in 1989 and the label is committed to pursuing sustainable production and business practices, according to its website.
