AxisRooms, a leading hotel distribution technology provider, has reported a remarkable 60 per cent boost in revenue for India’s Bloom Hotels in 2023 compared to the previous year. The surge is attributed to a significant increase of about 50 per cent in online sales through AxisRooms Channel Manager solution, leveraging real-time distribution and intelligent pricing capabilities of the Revenue Management system.
Bloom Hotels, with 47 properties spanning across India, has earned a reputation for offering exceptional services at surprisingly affordable rates. Catering to both leisure and business travellers, the hotel chain has strategically positioned itself as a provider of great rooms in prime locations.
Before adopting AxisRooms in 2017, Bloom Hotels faced challenges in updating rates and availability on Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), resulting in inconsistencies. The absence of a Channel Manager also posed difficulties in selling more rooms at optimal rates to maximize occupancy and revenue. The adoption of AxisRooms addressed these issues, providing a comprehensive solution for effective online sales and revenue management.
