NEW DELHI: Southern Railway has invited online applications from eligible candidates for the posts of Apprentice. Candidates who are interested and wish to apply can visit the official website at sr.indianrailways.gov.i and apply for the same.
The application process began on January 29 and the last date to submit the application form is February 28, 2024. This recruitment drive is being conducted to fill up a total of 2860 vacancies in the organisation.

Step 1: Visit the official website at sr.indianrailways.gov.in
Step 2: On the homepage, click on the link – ‘Combined Notification for Engagement of Apprentices under Apprentices Act, 1961 over Southern Railway for the year – 2023-2024.’
Step 3: A new window will appear on the screen, now click on ‘Click Here for apply online.’
Step 4: Another webpage will open, register and enter your login details to login.
Step 5: Proceed with filling out the online application form and submit.
Step 6: Download the confirmation page and take its printout for further use.

Application Fees
An online application fee of Rs 100 plus applicable service charges is required. However, SC/ST/PwBD/Women candidates are exempt from any application fees.
