Aloo Tomato Curry Ingredients

Potatoes : The main ingredient of this dish, they add a soft, creamy texture that absorbs the flavors of the curry. If you have pre-boiled potatoes available, this recipe becomes even quicker.

Tomatoes : Fresh, ripe tomatoes create a tangy, rich base for the gravy. You can also use canned tomatoes if needed.

Onions : Thinly sliced onions add sweetness.

Green Chilies : Adds a subtle heat to the dish, but you can adjust the quantity based on your spice tolerance.

Spice Powders – Turmeric Powder brings warmth and depth to the curry. Red Chilli Powder can be adjusted based on your spice tolerance.

Salt & Sugar : Salt is essential to bring out the flavors of all the ingredients. A pinch of sugar balances the acidity of the tomatoes, creating a balanced taste.
