Akasa Air has ortified its position in the aviation sector with the addition of Ayodhya as its 18th destination in the burgeoning domestic network. The airline announces the commencement of daily flights connecting Ayodhya to Pune and Delhi, providing seamless travel options for passengers. Flight operations are set to commence on February 15, 2024, and travellers can now book flights through various channels, including Akasa Air’s website, mobile apps, and leading online travel agencies (OTAs).The strategic decision to include Ayodhya in Akasa Air’s network aligns with the airline’s commitment to enhancing domestic operations and offering affordable transportation links to travellers visiting the city.

Since its launch in August 2022, Akasa Air has served over 6.3 million passengers, connecting 18 cities across India, including Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kochi, Delhi, Guwahati, Agartala, Pune, Lucknow, Goa, Hyderabad, Varanasi, Bagdogra, Bhubaneswar, Kolkata, Port Blair, and now, Ayodhya. Bookings for flights on Akasa Air are available through its website, mobile apps, travel agents, and various OTAs across the country.
The flight schedule includes two flights operated by QP airlines. The first flight, QP 1607, departs from Pune at 8:50 am and arrives at Delhi at 10:55 am. This flight operates daily starting from February 15, 2024. From Delhi, the same flight departs at 11:35 am and arrives at Ayodhya at 12:55 pm.
The second flight, QP 1608, departs from Ayodhya at 1:35 pm and arrives at Delhi at 3:05 pm. This flight also operates daily. From Delhi, the same flight departs at 3:45 pm and arrives at Pune at 5:50 pm.
