NEW DELHI: The Bar Council of India (BCI) has released the Certificate of Practice (CoP) for AIBE 18 Exam 2024 today, April 13. Candidates who have appeared in the All India Bar Examination 18 and passed it successfully have been issued the CoP. The council has directed all lawyers to collect their certificate of practice from their respective State Bar Councils.
“It is notified that COP for the AIBE-XVII examination has been dispatched to all State Bar Councils.We kindly request all candidates to collect their COP from their respective State Bar Councils. For any queries or further assistance regarding the collection process, please contact your respective State Bar Councils directly,” reads the official notification.

Lawyers falling under the General and OBC categories are required to secure a minimum score of 45% to be eligible, while SC/ST candidates need to achieve 40%.AIBE COP 2024 Requirement

AIBE COP 2024 Requirement
In India, the AIBE COP 2024 requirement mandates that all lawyers obtain a Certificate of Practice within two years of their provisional enrollment. This certificate is granted exclusively to advocates who have passed the All India Bar Examination, enabling them to practice law in Indian courts.
The procedure for acquiring the AIBE COP begins upon provisional enrollment with the relevant state bar council. Lawyers are required to fill out the Bar Council of India registration form 2023 in order to access the certificate.
