JEE Main 2025 Session 2: The National Testing Agency (NTA) will close the application correction window for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2025 Session 2 today, February 28, 2025. Candidates who registered for JEE Main 2025 are allowed to make necessary changes to their application forms until 11:50 PM through the official website, jeemain.nta.ac.in.
How To Edit JEE Main 2025 Session 2?
Step 1: Visit the official JEE Main portal — jeemain.nta.nic.in.
Step 2: On the homepage, click on the link that reads, ” Correction Window for JEE(Main) 2025 Session-2 is Live!”
Step 3: Log in using your application number and password.
Step 4: Edit your JEE Main 2025 application form as required
Step 5: Pay any additional fees, if applicable.
Step 6: Submit the correction and download the confirmation page for future reference

JEE Main 2025 Session 2: Editable Fields In Application Form
New Candidates: Candidates who applied for JEE Main Session 2 only (from February 2 to February 25, 2025) can edit the following details:
- Educational Qualification (Class 10 and Class 12)
- State Code of Eligibility
- Date of Birth
- Gender
- Category
- Sub-category/PwD
- Signature
- Paper
- Candidates can also update their Examination City and Medium of Examination based on their permanent and present address.
However, New Candidates are not allowed to change the following fields:
- Mobile Number
- E-Mail Address
- Permanent and Present Address
- Emergency Contact details
- Photograph of Candidate
Additionally, New Candidates can change only one of the following fields:
- Candidate Name
- Father Name
- Mother Name
Existing Candidates: Candidates who registered for JEE (Main) 2025 Session 1 (from October 28 to November 22, 2025) and have applied for Session 2 (from February 2 to February 25, 2025) can modify the following details in their application:
- Course (Paper)
- Medium of Question Paper
- State Code of Eligibility
- Examination Cities (from the available options)
- Educational Qualification (Class 10 and Class 12)
- Gender
- Category
- Fee Payment (if applicable)
Note: Changes in these fields will be processed only after the payment of any additional fees if required.
The JEE Main 2025 Session 2 exam is scheduled to take place between April 1 to 8, 2025. The exam will be held in two shifts- from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
