KCET 2025 Document Verification: The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has issued important guidelines for the verification process of KCET 2025 documents. Candidates who have registered for the Karnataka Common Entrance Test can check the official notification on KEA’s website, kea.kar.nic.in.
KCET 2025 is scheduled for April 16 and 17, serving as the gateway for undergraduate admissions in engineering, medical, and other professional courses across Karnataka for the 2025-26 academic year.

Key Guidelines for KCET 2025 Document Verification

  • Candidates who have claimed Clause Code ‘A’ but have not studied in Kannada medium from Class 1 to 10, or under Rural, Religious, or Linguistic Minority reservations, will have their seven-year study period verified through SATS. They will receive a “Successfully Verified” claim certificate and do not need to visit a college for further verification.

  • Applicants under Clause Code ‘A’ who have studied for 10 years (Classes 1 to 10) and have claimed Kannada Medium, Rural, Religious, or Linguistic reservations will receive a claim certificate marked as “Claimed Verified,” “Claimed Not Verified,” or “Not Claimed.” These candidates must visit their PUC/12th-grade institution or the nearest government PU college with original and photocopied documents (as per KEA’s format) for verification.

  • For candidates applying under Clause Codes ‘B’, ‘C’, ‘D’, ‘T’, ‘J’, ‘K’, ‘L’, ‘M’, or ‘N’, the verification schedule will be available on KEA’s website. Applicants under Clause Codes ‘E’, ‘F’, ‘G’, ‘H’, and ‘O’ must have their academic documents verified at their respective PU colleges. However, certificates related to Defence, Ex-Defence, CAPF, and Ex-CAPF categories must be submitted separately at KEA for verification.

Online verification will be conducted for caste and caste-income certificate RD numbers. Candidates must ensure their certificates are valid and enter RD numbers accurately during the application process.
