CMAT 2025 Marking Scheme
The CMAT 2025 marking scheme follows a structured approach. Each question carries four marks, with candidates receiving +4 marks for every correct answer. However, one mark (-1) is deducted for every incorrect response. There is no penalty for unattempted questions. If a question has multiple correct options, candidates selecting any of the valid answers will be awarded full marks. Additionally, if a question is dropped, all candidates will receive full marks for that question.
CMAT 2025 Tie-Breaking Criteria
For the CMAT 2025 tie-breaking criteria, when two or more candidates obtain the same score, ranking is determined by ascending order of date of birth, meaning older candidates are placed higher. If multiple candidates share the same score, they are given an identical merit rank, and the next rank is skipped accordingly. For example, if two candidates are placed at Rank 2, the next candidate will be assigned Rank 4, skipping Rank 3.
