The West Bengal Medical Counselling Committee (WBMCC) has started the registration process for the West Bengal National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Postgraduate (NEET PG) 2024 Round 3 counselling. Candidates from Round 2 who wish to surrender their seats can do so by tomorrow, January 27, 2025.
According to the revised schedule, the registration for WB NEET PG 2024 Round 3 will remain open until January 27, 2025, at 6 PM. The seat matrix and counselling merit list for Round 3 will be published on January 30, 2025, after 2 PM.
Earlier, the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) had withdrawn 10 seats from the NEET PG 2024 Round 3 seat matrix. Additionally, on January 17, 2025, the MCC withdrew 23 seats and added two new ones to the Round 3 seat matrix.
Revised Schedule for WB NEET PG Counselling 2024 Round 3
- Online Registration: January 25, 2025, 11 AM to January 27, 2025, 6 PM
- Fee Payment: January 25, 2025, 11 AM to January 27, 2025, 12 midnight
- Candidate Verification: January 28 and January 29, 2025, 11 AM to 4 PM at designated colleges
- Seat Surrender (up to Round 2): January 30, 2025, after 2 PM
- Publication of Verified Candidates List and Seat Matrix: January 30, 2025, after 4 PM
Choice Filling and Locking : January 30, 2025, after 4 PM to February 1, 2025, 8 AM- Reporting and Admission: February 6 to February 8, 2025, 11 AM to 4 PM at allotted institutes with required documents, fees, and bond
Initially, the registration was scheduled to start on January 21, 2025. However, the timeline was adjusted after the MCC extended the NEET PG 2024 counselling schedule. This extension followed candidate requests due to delays in PG admissions in some states and the recent announcement of Rajasthan NEET PG Round 2 results.
