World no. 3 Coco Gauff’s journey in the ongoing Australian Open came to an end on Tuesday. The USA star lost to world no. 12 Paula Badosa in women’s singles quarter-finals at the Rod Laver Arena. The knockout match was very much one-sided as the Spainiard completely dominated the proceedings. Gauff gave her level best but ended up on the losing side in straight sets 5-7, 4-6.
