The Auto Expo, India’s largest auto show, is one part of it, and to give you a concrete idea of how to attend the expo, we’ve compiled all the essential details. Here’s what you need to know to attend Auto Expo 2025.
How do I get tickets to Auto Expo 2025? Do I have to pay to visit?
There is no fee or payment to be made to enter any of the venues where the Bharat Mobility Global Expo is taking place, though one must register to attend. Visitors can log on to the official website, and click on the Visitor Register section. After filling in the basic information and providing verification over email, the visitor will then receive a QR code on their email address. This will act as the entry pass.
Which days can I attend Auto Expo 2025?
Officially, the event starts on January 17 (Friday). However, access is restricted to media personnel on that day, while on January 18 (Saturday), only those with a special invitation and dealers. All locations of the Expo will be open for public access from 10am on January 19 (Sunday) onwards, until January 22 (Wednesday). The gates of the venues will close to visitors everyday at 6pm.
Where should I go to see new cars like the Hyundai Creta Electric and Maruti e Vitara?
The Bharat Mobility Global Expo is spread across three venues, each dedicated to specific categories. Bharat Mandapam at Pragati Maidan is the main venue. Here, visitors will be able to attend the Auto Expo Motor Show (where one can see all the newest cars from the likes of Maruti, Hyundai, MG Motors and more; bikes and scooters; EVs and the latest in mobility), the Tyre Show, Battery Show, Mobility Tech, Steel Innovation, and the India Cycle Show.
The Yashobhoomi Convention Centre in Dwarka will exclusively host the Auto Expo Components Show, while the India Expo Centre and Mart in Greater Noida will feature the Bharat Construction Equipment Expo and the Urban Mobility & Infrastructure Show (UMIS). It should be noted that the Components Show will be held from January 18-21, while the Construction Equipment Expo and UMIS will take place from January 19-22.
How do I get to Auto Expo 2025 at Bharat Mandapam?
The Bharat Mandapam at Pragati Maidan is accessible via the New Delhi Metro. Visitors can take the Blue Line Metro to Supreme Court station. There are shuttle services available that will transport them to the venue. For those arriving by car, there are parking facilities nearby.
