BPSC Assistant Engineer Admit Card 2024: The Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has officially released the admit card for the much-awaited Assistant Engineer (Civil/Mechanical) Competitive Examination. The exam, originally scheduled for September 2024, was postponed and will now take place on December 18 and 19, 2024. This exam is being conducted to fill a total of 118 vacancies in the Public Health Engineering Department (PHED) of the Government of Bihar. Of these, 113 vacancies are for the post of Assistant Engineer (Civil), while 5 are for Assistant Engineer (Mechanical).
How to Download the Admit Card
Eligible candidates can now download their e-Admit Cards through the official BPSC websites at www.onlinebpsc.bihar.gov.in or www.bpsc.bih.nic.in. The process of downloading the admit card began on December 13, 2024. To access the admit card, candidates need to log in using their username and password, then click on the “Download Admit Card” button on the dashboard. The admit card will display the exam centre code allocated to the candidate, which is essential for locating the designated centre.
Examination Centre and Important Guidelines
Candidates are advised to take note of the following crucial guidelines for the examination:
• A detailed examination centre code will be available on the dashboard starting December 16, 2024.
• Candidates must arrive at the examination centre by 8:00 AM, as entry will only be permitted until 9:00 AM.
• It is mandatory for candidates to carry an extra copy of the e-Admit Card to the examination centre. The second copy should be handed over to the invigilator after signing it during the examination.
Exam Dates and Details
The examination will take place over two days, on December 18 and 19, 2024. The BPSC has clarified that no admit cards will be sent by post; candidates must download their admit cards online. The examination was originally planned for September 2024 but was postponed due to unavoidable reasons. The new dates have been confirmed, and candidates are advised to prepare accordingly.
