IDBI Bank JAM 2024: Selection Process
Online Test (OT): For the Generalist role, the online examination will cover topics such as Logical Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, English Language and General Awareness.
For the Specialist role, in addition to the above topics, an extra section focusing on Professional Knowledge specific to the field will be included.
Document Verification (DV): Candidates will be required to submit and verify essential documents, including proof of residence, educational credentials and other relevant certificates, to ensure authenticity.
Personal Interview (PI): The personal interview will be conducted based on the candidate’s performance in the online test, assessing their overall suitability for the position.
