The 2025 edition of the annual Autocar India Awards will be held on December 10, 2024, where we will announce the coveted Autocar Car of the Year and Bike of the Year winners. This year, we have 15 cars and 13 bikes gunning for the top award.
For the top car and bike awards, all nominees have to fullfill the following criterias: It has to be an all-new vehicle that has been launched in the market for private buyers between January 1, 2024 and November 30, 2024. It also needs to be homologated for India or brought in via the 2500-unit homologation-free import rule.
Autocar Car of the Year Nominees
From a bevy of new car and SUV launches this year, here’s the final selection of 15 models that meet the criteria to be nominated for Car of the Year Award:

Bike of the Year Nominees
Similarly, in the two-wheeler segment, there were plenty of exciting new launches making waves particularly in the commuter and sub-500cc segments. The final selection includes 13 bikes that have been nominated for the Bike of the Year Award:
