SSC CGL Tier 1 Cut off 2024 announced: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has announced the results for the Tier 1 Combined Graduate Level (CGL) Exam 2024 today, December 5. Conducted in a computer-based format from September 9 to 26, the examination served as the first step in the recruitment process for several Group B and C posts.
In addition to the results, the commission has also published the cut-off marks for Tier 1. A total of 186,509 candidates have qualified for the next stage of the selection process, with detailed post-wise eligibility and cut-off marks provided.
Post-wise breakdown of qualified candidates
According to the SSC result notice, out of the total number of qualifying students, 18,436 candidates have been shortlisted for the Junior Statistical Officer (JSO) post, 2,833 for Statistical Investigator Grade II, and 165,240 for other posts. These candidates will now advance to the Tier 2 examination, scheduled to take place on January 18, 19, and 20, 2025.

What’s next for qualified candidates?
Candidates who have cleared the Tier 1 examination will now appear for the Tier 2 exam in January 2025.
