The 3-0 win over Luton Town at Elland Road takes Leeds United above Yorkshire rivals Sheffield United in the table on goal difference.
Leeds climbed back to the top of the English Championship with a comfortable 3-0 win over Luton at Elland Road on Wednesday.
Sam Byram gave the home side an early lead when he reacted quickest to volley into the far corner.
Joel Piroe made it 2-0 from close range in first-half injury time, with Dan James completing the scoring in the 81st minute by lobbing Thomas Kaminski.

“To show such a dominant performance, to create many chances, to score three goals and score more or less in the perfect moments, I’m pretty happy with our performance,” Leeds manager Daniel Farke told the BBC.
“At the moment we’re showing great consistency in performances and also results.”
Blackburn climbed to within two points of opponents Middlesbrough in the play-off places with a 1-0 win at the Riverside, courtesy of a Dominic Hyam goal.
