Those who decline the offered seats will have to participate in the subsequent round of counselling. Seat assignments will be based on candidates’ entrance exam scores and the web options they submitted.

During the AP LAWCET 2024 seat allocation process, candidates will have three options to choose from Freeze, Float, and Slide. Students must select Freeze if they are satisfied with the assigned seat and wish to accept it. Choosing the Float option allows candidates to accept their current seat while remaining eligible for better options in subsequent rounds. If a more favourable seat becomes available, they could be upgraded. The Slide option is similar to Float but is specifically for candidates who want to retain their assigned seat while being considered for a different course at the same university. If a spot opens in a preferred subject at your current college, you may be promoted.
