The Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission (JKPSC) has released the final results of the 2023 Combined Competitive Examination (CCE) for the Kashmir Administrative Service (KAS). Candidates who appeared for the personality test, administered between October 21 and 29, 2024, can check their results on the commission’s official website, jkpsc.nic.in.

As many as 11 candidates’ results are still waiting because of ongoing legal actions, even though 266 candidates have been informed that they have been chosen. Depending on any ongoing legal procedures, the published list may be changed.

JKPSC KAS Exam 2023: How To Check Result?

Step 1. Visit jkpsc.nic.in, the official JKPSC website.

Step 2. On the homepage, look for the ‘Announcements’ or ‘Results’ option.

Step 3. Locate and click on the ‘KAS Final Result 2023’ link.

Step 4. To find out if you were chosen, open the PDF and look up your roll number.

Step 5. Be sure to adhere to any further instructions or actions that may be given.

Step 8. Download the result and print it off for your records.

JKPSC CCE KAS Exam 2023: Selection Process

Preliminary Examination: A screening test is part of this first round to evaluate candidates’ aptitude and general knowledge. Usually, there are multiple-choice questions on it.

Main Exam: Those who pass the preliminary exam go to this phase, which consists of written tests covering a range of topics. Usually, the primary exam consists of descriptive-style questions.

Personality Test/Interview: Those who made the shortlist for the main exam are invited to a face-to-face interview where their communication abilities, personality, and fit for administrative positions are assessed.

Final Results: The final results are determined by adding up the scores from the main exam and the interview once all phases have been completed.

Document Verification: Before being assigned to a post, successful candidates have their eligibility and supporting documentation checked. ‘
