Odisha Police Constable 2024 Registration Extended Until 30th October

Odisha Police Constable 2024 Recruitment: The State Selection Board, Odisha Police, Cuttack, has announced an extension for the Odisha Police Constable 2024 registration deadline. Initially set for 13th October, applicants can now submit their online applications until 30th October 2024. This extension comes in light of the Puja vacations to accommodate candidates who may have faced difficulties completing the process.
The recruitment drive is aimed at filling 1,360 vacancies for the position of Sepoy/Constable in battalions.Interested candidates are encouraged to apply online through the official Odisha Police website, odishapolice.gov.in.
The Board has also informed candidates that an edit/correction window will be available after the application deadline. Details regarding the correction window will be provided on the official website and the State Selection Board portal after the last date of submission.
Candidates are advised to regularly check the website for further updates. This extension offers additional time for aspirants to complete their applications and prepare for the recruitment process.

Documents Required for Verification
Candidates applying for the Odisha Police Constable 2024 recruitment must be prepared to submit original documents during the verification process. These include a downloaded copy of the admission and intimation letter, a printout of the signed online application form, two recent passport-size photographs, and the Class 10 pass certificate as proof of age and educational qualification. Additionally, candidates with qualifications from outside Odisha must provide proof of equivalence and affiliation. Other necessary documents include caste certificates, Aadhaar cards, NOCs, and any relevant certificates for ex-servicemen, NCC, or driving proficiency, if applicable.
