A total of 19 government secondary schools in the district will have this facility installed. Each school will have a designated nodal teacher to manage the operations of these hubs.

The main objective of making this career hub is to engage with students, know about their career interests and encourage them to pursue careers in their desired fields. Adding to it, career fairs will also be organised at the school, district and state levels.

A team will be reportedly formed to manage the requirements of the hub, which will include the principal who will be the president of the team, a nodal teacher who will act as a secretary, Two parents (one male and one female) of the top-performing students from grades 9 and 11 and four students as members.
