About Milk Barfi ( Milk powder barfi)
Milk barfi also known as milk powder barfi, doodh ki mittai or milk burfi is made with ghee, milk powder, powdered sugar and milk. The ingredients are cooked together to create a solid milk mass like texture which is then pressed in a tray to set. Enjoy my kaju katli and Badam katli.
It is important to use powdered sugar for this recipe. I always powder my sugar when adding in this recipe to make the barfi mix thick. I used unsweetened dry milk which adds texture without making it too sweet. If you want chocolate flavoured milk barfi, check my chocolate milk powder barfi.
